Amarone Cavolo is produced using a traditional method, beginning with a meticulous selection of the finest, most exposed grape bunches from the vineyard. These chosen grapes undergo a careful drying process for approximately 120 days. Following this drying period, vinification occurs, allowing all the rich components from the grape skins to transfer into the wine. The wine then matures in large barrels for a minimum of four years.

The Color : Garnet red.

The Aroma : It opens with aromas of raspberry jam, dried cherries dusted with cinnamon and cocoa, and wafting notes of cedar and tobacco.

The Taste : The flavours of tart plums and fresh blackberries combine with bay leaf, chia spice, liquorice root and white pepper. Elegant on the palate.
